Family Counseling Services has been serving the Greater Westhampton Beach community since 1971.  It is a community based center offering support to individuals in need of professional help in many areas; youth counseling, depression, substance abuse treatment and prevention, domestic violence and abuse, and treatment and advocacy for families coping with autism spectrum disorders.

The 2008 Gala honorees were Art and Virginia Connolly, the Honorary Event Chairperson was former Mayor Robert Strebel, the event co-chairs were Scott and Berkely Skorobohaty along with Kim and Tim Stevens.  More than 550 people enjoyed the evening, dancing the night away under the tent on the Great Lawn located at the corner of Main St. and Potunk Ln. in Westhampton Beach. 

The 2010 Gala will be held on July 10, 2010.  This year's honorary will be Michael Lennon of Pine Barrens Printing.
